Job Purpose
- Support the Tax Director with tax advisory and planning.
- Mentor junior staff, review their work, and assist in their training.
- Stay updated with taxation news and regulations, and share knowledge with tax and accounts staff.
- Handle personal tax and capital gains tax compliance and advice, including the preparation, review, and submission of Self-Assessment Tax Returns (HNWI, sole traders, partners, landlords, etc.) and CGT 60-day reports.
- While experience with IHT, Trusts, and Corporation Tax is desirable, it is not essential.
- Manage workflow and tax deadlines, coordinating with client portfolio owners to ensure timely and efficient completion of work.
