You’ll be the first port of call for any IT related queries, working out what the customer needs and signposting them to resolve the problem or handling any issues you can yourself. You’ll receive full training on all systems which you’ll then problem solve on to ensure the reliability of systems for all members. You’ll be using your experience in customer service to resolve problems and communicate effectively with users while offering access support to those that need it.
