Working directly alongside the MD, you’ll have complete oversight of the business’s materials, production scheduling, supply chain team-members and be involved in developing KPIs and metrics, and improving the MRP system. As a key part of the senior management team, you’ll have the opportunity to deliver impactful changes and improvements that make a huge difference for the company’s profits. You will play a key part in site projects which will include Kaizen, Lean and 3-YIP and have the opportunity to lead your team to success – effecting the change.
This brand new role would suit someone with proven experience in supply chain management, ideally from a high volume, high pace environment, with up to date knowledge of supply chain management software, and excellent team management skills.
