As the Temporary Site Manager for my client, a premier construction company, you'll be at the heart of their operations, contributing to their commitment to excellence and meticulous attention to detail. Your role is pivotal, overseeing the smooth operation of construction projects from start to finish.
You'll be coordinating and supervising on-site construction activities, effectively managing resources, labour, and equipment. Ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to and maintaining a safe working environment will also fall within your remit. You will closely collaborate with various project stakeholders such as architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure that project objectives are met in a timely and budget-conscious manner.
This dynamic role also includes monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise, and proactively addressing potential risks. You will lead and motivate a team of construction professionals, providing guidance and support when needed. You will also maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation that includes project reports, progress updates, and relevant records.
