Are you a detail-oriented, proactive HR Administrator seeking a role where you can truly make an impact? If so, my client's dynamic HR Team is looking for someone just like you to support their organisation's development and business objectives.
As an HR Administrator, you will be the backbone of the HR team. Your key responsibilities will include managing the shared HR Inbox, processing return to work forms and fit notes, liaising with management for outstanding documents, and ensuring accurate input into HR systems. You'll take ownership of the probationary process, including reviews and Performance Development Reviews (PDRs), and oversee job role risk assessments. Contract variations, processing invoices, managing the Work Related Injury (WRI) administration, and handling the leaver’s process are also crucial aspects of your role. Your attention to detail will be essential in maintaining the Bank Register, staff files, and processing reference requests. Furthermore, you'll be involved in processing secondment changes, supporting HR Advisors in meetings, and staying updated with HR best practices.
