You’ll be using your experience of 1st-2nd line problem solving to answer IT issues and queries that our client supports. You’ll be using your strong people skills to effectively communicate what the problem each client has and how to solve it in the best time possible. You’ll be using your analytical brain to solve a multitude of problems, constantly allowing you to expand your knowledge and training.
To succeed you’ll be:
- Able to communicate with people from many different backgrounds on many IT issues.
- Comfortable with a Zendesk or similar ticketing system and communicating on online call formats.
- Able to accurately report time scales and complete within the agreed time frame.
