Our client is an award winning, independently operated business that offers a range of quality property services across Cambridgeshire. From residential sales and lettings services to new home development and land planning advice, they bring their incredible knowledge and gold-standard service to everything they do. Thanks to a recent period of growth and an ever-expanding customer list, they are looking for a Senior Sales Negotiator to help them continue to deliver at their already excellent standard.

As an integral part of the team, you’re day to day work will be varied, exciting, and important. You’ll be liaising with both vendors and buyers, as you arrange valuations and viewings, and conduct all exchanges as smoothly as possible. You’ll also win new business for the company, and help to manage the workload of another sales negotiator who you’ll work closely with.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales negotiation, top-notch abilities in customer service, and experience with using property software systems such as Vebra Alto.
