This exciting role will allow you to work closely with the Company Owners, Directors, and key operational personnel, taking responsibility for all commercial and contractual functions. You'll have the opportunity to drive the development and implementation of the overall commercial strategy, working across our Roofing, Property Services, and Property Development divisions. You'll oversee the Sales, Estimating and Quantity Surveying departments, fostering strong relationships with clients, operational and support staff, and suppliers.
You will need to bring your experience in building and quantity surveying, strong multiple project management skills, and your solid knowledge of contractual procedures and responsibilities. As well as this, your talent in estimating in roofing, building, and property refurbishment will also be key. Minimum of 5 years’ experience and degree related qualification are essential.
