We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful housebuilder in Norwich as they expand their team of Quantity Surveyors
As part of the commercial team, we're looking for a hands on Senior QS; taking charge of residential schemes and handing the majority of the client interaction and technical delivery. You'll be the person that trainee and assistant surveyors will look to for advice and instruction, so this is the perfect opportunity for someone with a developed understanding of the housing sector who wants the scope to move into a more senior role.

This is a team of commercially savvy and contractually aware Quantity Surveyors; there's a lot to be gained from the team, and they'll be looking to you as one of the spokespeople for the business. Confident, client facing Quantity Surveyors who aren't afraid to work directly with customers on site, manage and challenge expectations and contribute towards the delivery of major building projects picked up at any stage of the will do well here.
