We have a fantastic opportunity available to join an incredible and renowned luxury travel company based in Hertfordshire in their customer service team! Our client has over 30 years’ experience in helping people find and enjoy their perfect holiday, and despite the challenges of the pandemic, they are currently going through a period of expansion. They are now on the hunt for a Senior Customer Experience Executive to help ensure that their growing customer base has all of their issues solved and their getaways are enjoyed without a hitch.

Working as a vital member of the company, you’ll be handling customer enquiries, including assisting with any complaints that they might have, and helping to facilitate any changes that may need to be made to bookings.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling customer enquiries/complaints (bonus points for travel industry experience!), have a knack for solving issues first time, while being commercially aware of what is best for the business.

The role is offered in shift patterns, but you’ll never start earlier than 8am, and finish no later than 8pm.
