Working as a vital member of the company, you’ll be handling customer enquiries, including assisting with any complaints that they might have, and helping to facilitate any changes that may need to be made to bookings.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in handling customer enquiries/complaints (bonus points for travel industry experience!), have a knack for solving issues first time, while being commercially aware of what is best for the business.
