In this role, you will work closely with discerning clients from an eclectic cross section of businesses. Your duties will range from performing remote and onsite troubleshooting, carrying out scheduled maintenance visits, contributing to knowledge management, and aiding senior engineers in resolving network and infrastructure issues. Your expertise in macOS, Windows support, and cross-platform MDMs will be crucial to providing the high-level service our clients expect.
