My client is a prestigious and expanding multi-disciplinary property and construction consultancy, searching for an Experienced Graduate / Chartered Architectural Technologist to join their team in Colchester. This role offers the chance to work across a broad spectrum of sectors, including commercial, health, education, and more, with a focus on delivering outstanding results for every project. Your primary responsibilities will include developing client briefs, producing feasibility reports, preparing planning and building regulation applications, and leading design projects. You'll need a degree in Architectural Technology or a related field, MCIAT or progress towards it, and proficiency in Revit and ideally AutoCAD, with experience in leading projects from RIBA stages 3 onward.
