My client are at the cutting edge of climate tech, and is resolutely advancing towards a greener future. Their solutions enable major clients to measure, mitigate, and report on their commuter emissions. They are now on the hunt for a seasoned commercially minded Account Manager to join the team.
 
Primary Responsibilities:
Cultivate and fortify client relationships, serving as the central touchpoint.
Ensure client engagement with their solutions, aligning with their operational and sustainability aims.
Handle a portfolio of large clients, striving to deepen and expand these partnerships.
Monitor portfolio opportunities, anticipate retention and expansion trends, and curtail client attrition.
Craft and implement client-specific Impact Plans that delineate mutual sustainable impact and commercial growth avenues.
Spearhead internal collaborative teams, assuring alignment with client aspirations.
Manage the full sales journey, from initial engagement to final negotiation.
Offer regular feedback on progress versus KPIs and propose avenues for augmenting efficiency.
Maintain adeptness with the in-house CRM system, emphasising data precision.

Qualifications & Skills:
Required: Comprehensive B2B account management and sales experience; Commercial insight; Proficiency with Office365 and tech demonstrations; Resonance with organisational culture and mission; Robust communication, organisational, and project management capabilities; Readiness to go beyond the expected; Resilience and an inclination towards personal growth.
Desirable: Exposure to sustainability and environmental arenas; History with selling enterprise SaaS; Enthusiasm for behavioral change; A valid UK driving license.
