Temp to Perm Secretary – St Albans – Part Time

Are you looking for a varied part-time role?

This established business is looking for a secretary with strong administration skills to join their small, friendly team in St Albans.

You will join on a temporary to permanent basis working, 10-4 on Wednesday, Thursday & Friday.
The role is varied, and responsibilities include:

  • Answering & directing calls

  • Monitoring incoming emails

  • Office facilities/supplies

  • Diary management

  • Maintaining database

  • Audio typing when required

  • Experienced Secretary/Administrator

  • Proficient in MS Office

  • 40 wpm typing speed
