Your main focus will be directing field engineers to ensure all customer’s are supported and taken care of in timely fashion. You’ll be an integral part of the operation, ensuring that customers know just how important they are to the business. You’ll be able to deploy your people skills alongside your organisational skills when communicating with customers and our client’s engineers.
To succeed in this role, you’ll:
- Have exceptional organisational skills to ensure timetables are kept.
- Demonstrate a strong administrative background so you can deal with tasks effectively.
- Use your communication skills to communicate with people from many different backgrounds.
