Our Cambridge based client is on the search for a Sales Director that can take the lead on an extremely exciting portfolio of high end commercial property and turn engagement into Sales opportunities.
In this role, you will be leading your very own team of Sales Negotiators, supporting them with continuous development and making sure they are working safely and effectively. You will also get some key experience working directly with the Head of Department, assisting them to maximise efficiency and meet KPI’s.
If you’re a self-motivated, proactive person who wants to join a team that focuses on teamwork and collaboration, this role is for you! This role will involve using your natural charisma and sales experience to effectively liaise with clients and customers, and your organisational and administrative skills to prepare sales documents and arrange meetings.
