Select Appointments are working in partnership with this well established business in Peterborough. Due to continued success, our client is seeking an internal Sales Advisor to be the first point of call for all sales enquiries via email, telephone or website. You will be responsible for following up on all leads, providing quotes and estimates to increase sales potential.

Job Summary:
As an office-based sales advisor you will be working on the ventilation sales team.
Main responsibilities include;
• Filing and organising project documents
• Sales - Producing commercial ventilation quotations within Clarity software
• Producing air flow calculations, under HVCA DW/172 regulation
• Contacting customers and suppliers
• Keeping up to date with legislation and regulations changes
• Provide an excellent level of customer service, both internally and externally
• Answering incoming calls in a professional manner
• Acquiring relevant information for incoming leads
• Managing ongoing projects
§Arranging deliveries & collections
§Ordering materials
The successful Candidate will have the following:
• Educated to A-Level or equivalent
• Willing to learn HVCA DW/172 regulation
• High level of attention to detail
• Knowledge Microsoft software; Excel, Word & Outlook
• Good communication
• Computer Literate
• Able to work as part of a team
