We are seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our client’s small, friendly team within an industrial environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a busy office setting, enjoys working with numbers and data, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Inputting customer orders accurately into the system
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner
- Processing data using Sage 50 and Excel
- Ensuring accuracy when working product/item numbers
- Liaising with production and customers, to support smooth order processing and delivery
- Maintaining records and assisting with general administrative tasks
- Previous administration experience (sales admin experience desirable)
- Proficient in Sage 50 and Microsoft Excel preffered
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- A positive, team-player attitude with the ability to multitask
- 8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday to Thursday
- Early finish on Fridays
