Whilst you are managing these various retail environments you demonstrate the ability for the following:
Team Management
Multiple site management, including rotas, cover, correct financial reporting and operations run smoothly
STLs, TLs and training
Staff development, mentoring and adherence to H&S
Daily schedules, analysing data and research for enhanced business development
