Are you a confident Residential Conveyancer looking to join a friendly and well-respected local firm based in Bungay, Suffolk? Do you enjoy handling a varied and interesting caseload with the autonomy to work independently, but with support when you need it? If so, my client is offering an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to join their established conveyancing team.
 
This Residential Conveyancer role will see you taking ownership of your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to post-completion, with a real focus on client service and high-quality legal work. You’ll be drafting contracts and reports, handling all Land Registry and Stamp Duty submissions, dealing with client queries, and liaising with solicitors and agents to ensure smooth and timely transactions.

Confidence in working independently and a solid grounding in the full residential conveyancing process is key. You’ll also be comfortable using the Land Registry’s online portal and preparing a full suite of legal documents including AP1s, TR1s and RX forms.
