Starting your career as a resourcer is the best way to get into recruitment for the first time. You'll be exposed to all facets of the job, learning the technical elements to the role whilst receiving a blend of first class internal and external accredited industry training. You'll also be working alongside hands on Recruitment Consultants, providing them with back-office support, searching for and contacting people who may be on the lookout for new jobs themselves.

Data Analysis & Reporting
IT Skills including CRM systems support and management
Candidate resourcing, advertising and talent attraction
Commercial research and presentation skills
Task management and service delivery
