This fantastic opportunity gives you responsibility of the full 360 recruitment process reporting directly to the HR Advisor. You strive to be a clear and confident communicator at all levels adapting your approach to a varied audience and you always check for understanding whether working alone or collaboratively. You have a basic awareness of finances, computer literate with excellent administrative and social media skills.
The roles responsibilities are wide-ranging but amongst them are these exciting elements:
- End-to-end recruitment and ensuring a great candidate experience
- Day to day planning and execution of events, recruitment campaigns and driving for results
- Liaising with leadership, carryout relevant checks, and paperwork
- Brand representative for the business
With your ‘can do’ attitude, outgoing personality, previous recruitment experience and qualification, ability to drive between offices (Norwich and Beccles) you will be rewarded with a salary £25K.
