Temporary Receptionist (potential temp to perm)
Our prestigious client, based in the city centre, is currently looking to recruit for an organised and well-presented Receptionist/Administrator for 8-12 weeks.

You will be responsible for the day to day running of the reception desk as well as providing administrative support to the PA.
The role approx. pays between £10-12.50 p/h dependent on experience, 36.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, and there is potential for temp to perm for the right candidate.

Please note, this role is an immediate start so please ensure you are available ASAP.
The Role
·Welcoming and providing assistance to visitors
·Dealing with incoming enquiries via telephone and email
·Managing booking for internal meeting rooms
·Ensuring the Reception area is well presented at all times
·Assisting the PA with general administration tasks such as updating office records etc.
The Ideal candidate
·Excellent Customer Service and Communication
·Proficient IT Skills
·Friendly and Approachable manner
·Admin, Reception or Customer Service background

As previously noted, the role approx. pays between £10-12.50 p/h dependent on experience, 36.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, and there is potential for a permanent role (which there are great benefits on offer) for the right candidate.
