This is a permanent opportunity and will include shift work between the hours of 07:30 and 22:30.
Reception experience would be ideal but is not essential. If you are a people person who is outgoing, personable and you are willing to learn, then this could be the opportunity for you! Full training will be provided, however, administrative experience/face to face customer service experience is advantageous.
You will be responsible for guest check ins and outs, answering the phone, inputting reservations on the system, sending confirmations and processing cancellations. You will also be responsible for balancing charges, coordinating requests and ensuring a high level of customer service, representing the company brand at all times!
