Our Regional client is looking for a reliable, proactive QS to join their skilled commercial team working on a number of large scale traditional residential projects.
Your acquired experience within quality driven residential construction will play a major part in making this pivotal role a success.
This, together with your ability to manage time and projects will offer the commercial team the peace of mind that 3 of their exciting and new developments are being managed with the astute appreciation for costing and contracts that has facilitated their success and long standing client relationships.
If taking ownership of cost planning and management, identifying potential risks, providing accurate and realistic forecasts, and thorough CVR’s is second nature to you, then this is a great opportunity to either confirm your Management/Senior standing, or prove your capabilities.
