We're recruiting on behalf of a highly successful housebuilder within the Region as they expand their team of Quantity Surveyors concerned with developments in and around King's Lynn.
This is a team of commercially savvy and contractually aware Quantity Surveyors; there's a lot to be gained from the team, and they'll be on hand to develop and mentor your application of the technical discipline of Quantity Surveying across their highly successful and growing residential projects.
Your insight, accuracy, and timely management of procurement, cash flow forecasts, and general commercial acumen, will prove invaluable when working closely with the Senior QS, Managing Surveyor, and attending client meetings.
