The Role
Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Quality Control Technician will support day-to-day quality activities across production. The role is hands on, varied and ideal for someone who enjoys detail, structure and being involved on the factory floor.
Due to working across two sites (Easton and Attleborough), own transport is essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Sampling raw materials, packaging and finished products
- Carrying out routine quality checks (weights, labels, seals)
- Completing in-process checks during manufacturing and packaging
- Supporting batch documentation and quality records
- Assisting with environmental monitoring activities
- Learning how quality issues and non-conformances are investigated
- Supporting internal and external audits
- Working closely with Production, Compliance and Purchasing teams
- £28,000 salary
- Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm (no shifts)
