Purchasing Administrator

Purchasing Administrator

Our client, a global, established and highly-regarded organisation based in Witney, has an exciting opportunity to join their team as a Purchasing Administrator.

The successful candidate will be entitled to a package of £23-25k plus a monthly company bonus scheme (worth approx. £2-3k annually) and great benefits.

This position is full-time, Monday to Thursday 8:00-5:15pm and an early Friday finish at 2:00pm.

The Role
· Placing new purchase orders and liasing with Suppliers
· Updating supplier and product details on the ERP system
· Updating shipping and delivery schedules
· Organising receipt and delivery of new product samples
· Administration of deliveries and stock movements on the accounting system
· Organising supplier and customs paperwork

The Ideal Candidate
· Prior experience in an administrative role
· Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
· Experience of meeting deadlines
· Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

The Benefits
The successful candidate will join a friendly and welcoming team. You will be entitled to a salary of £23-25k plus a monthly company bonus (worth approx. £2-3k annually).
