This is a proactive and delivery focused role that will see you at the forefront of hands-on cost management and client side surveying alongside an experienced team. You'll be covering the full project lifecycle, with support from all areas of the business to ensure that projects are delivered successfully and on time.
With a focus on Education, Scientific and Commercial sector construction, you'll ideally be fully up to speed with JCT and NEC contracts and have a preference/experience towards these areas. This is a consulting client side position so ideal for someone who enjoys the flexibility and variety of contractor surveying and the stability/working style of client side.
