Due to further growth within the company over the last few years and solid plans for the future, they are looking for a committed Project Manager to drive the Property Services Division and build upon their legacy of quality, knowledge, sustainability, and flexibility.
With multiple contracts to manage your attention and ability to plan efficient programmes of delivery, optimize staff and sub-contractor performance, and remain focused on the entirety of projects will all play their role in achieving commercial and quality targets. Compliance and Health & Safety will be assured by your example and continual striving to adhere to and improve standards. Your confidence liaising with customers/clients will allow you to fully understand the scope of work required, and your technical knowledge will provide workable timeframes to deliver. Working closely with Directors and the Operations Manager, you will have awareness of the wider business, existing and future contract commitments, and facilitate their awareness of the Property Services division through reporting and KPI analysis.
