My client is seeking a Project Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of sales and service delivery as part of a busy team. You’ll be accurately managing ERP system data, and collaborating across departments to meet customer requirements on time and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate project activity to support sales opportunities
- Administer Sales Orders, prepare quotes and estimations, and maintain liaison with relevant departments.
- Work with the Operations Manager to ensure accurate reporting of all activities.
- Coordinate with a range of departments to deliver projects efficiently.
- Serve as a client-facing contact for operational aspects, managing expectations and communication effectively.

Ideal Candidate:
- Strong organisational and communication skills.

- Understanding of commercial and project delivery principles.
