About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for overseeing production operations, leading a team of operators, and ensuring that machinery, production targets, and quality standards are consistently met. You will play a key role in maintaining a smooth, efficient, and safe production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise production teams across your shift.
- Ensure machinery is set up correctly and operating at optimal performance.
- Monitor production targets and ensure quality standards are met.
- Train, coach, and support operators in machinery setup and production processes.
- Conduct quality checks to maintain production excellence.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
- Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and report any operational issues to management.
- Monday – Thursday: 06:00 – 18:00
- Monday – Thursday: 18:00 – 06:00
- Friday – Sunday: 06:00 – 18:00
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of machinery setup, operation, and troubleshooting.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Proactive approach to improving processes and production efficiency.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

- £13 per hour pay rate, £13.50 for nights.
