- Ensuring every product meets our client's high-quality standards
- Keeping accurate production and quality records
- Working independently and collaboratively as part of a supportive team
- Following health & safety guidelines and maintaining a clean, organised workspace
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
- Proactive, reliable, and team-oriented attitude
- Previous production experience is beneficial, but not essential
- Own transport due to shift patterns and location
