As a Production Manager, you'll oversee the entire manufacturing operation, reporting directly to the Operations Manager and taking full ownership of production efficiency, quality, and timelines. This role places you at the heart of the business, where you'll ensure health and safety compliance whilst coordinating multiple projects simultaneously, juggling deadlines, and maintaining seamless communication between site teams, design, and procurement departments.
