Our client, an established, growing and outgoing company based Near Wantage, has an exciting opportunity as an Administrator.

In this role, the Administrator will be providing administrative support to a team dealing with Billing and Finance as well as dealing with customer queries and requests.

The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of between £21-23k (and quarterly bonus scheme) career progression for those who wish it and more, if this sounds like a role for you please read on!

The Role
·Invoice data entry, carrying out specific checks for billing errors
·Processing Utility Billing
·Ensuring Invoices are paid within terms
·Supplier account management- dealing with customer queries and requests
·Working on tasks to support service delivery such as scheduling

The Ideal candidate
·Organised and Numerical
·IT efficient- Excel is essential
·Excellent verbal and written communication
·Be able to work independently and as a team
·Have prior admin experience

While a full-time role and primarily office based, they are happy to accommodate flexible hours. The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of £20-23k, dependent on experience, plus a bonus based on individual performance (approx. 5% of salary annually) and a discretionary Christmas bonus based upon Company Performance. There is also career progression for those who desire it!
