Select Appointments are currently representing a client within the Education sector based in Horncastle, Lincolnshire. We are keen to find an experienced IT Technician to enhance and strengthen the existing support team.
Job Summary:
This is a Part Time Temporary Contract (18.5 hours per week) and extends for a full year to support maintenance and project delivery during non-term time. You will be required to have a full, clean driving licence and your own transport in order to undertake visits to schools within the Trust, for which mileage will be paid.
Responsibilities will include:
On site remote and telephone support for the IT systems and related equipment within a school environment, supporting both students and staff.
Experience Required:
Your range of experience will include supporting Office 365 and Google Workspace (formerly G Suite), network troubleshooting and server administration. Experience of providing technical support to MIS users and maintaining websites would be useful.
Attributes:
Well organised and confident with an eye for detail.
