Operations Manager

Our client, the number one name in their specialist field, are consistently doubling in size year upon year, and are now on the hunt for a new operations manager to ensure that the business is performing to the best of its ability.

Working alongside the Head of Operations, you'll bring your excellent strategy and analysis skills to the company, as you assess and report on the day-to-day processes in the business and develop and implement changes where you see there could be improvements. You'll also serve as first-point of contact for any queries and issues that arise regarding the operational team, and you'll be an expert in responding to and resolving the queries in an effective manner.

Here's where you'll stand out:

• Experience in business intelligence, process improvement, and function management, ideally from a consultancy background
• Fantastic data visualization skills using tools such as Tableau
• Team-leadership and development skills
• Top-notch Excel and PowerPoint abilities
