Join my fabulous client as an Operations Administrator and play a vital role in supporting their groundbreaking tech initiatives. I’m looking for an experienced administrator with a good amount of experience in a fast-paced office environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong communication skills, and a passion for making a difference are essential. Experience in project management and working in an ISO 27001 company will be beneficial, but not essential.

In this role, you'll be an essential part of the Operations team, providing comprehensive support across Office Management, Human Resources, IT, and Compliance. Your responsibilities will be diverse, from maintaining their shared workspace and organising company-wide events to assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes. You'll be instrumental in managing their hybrid and remote working procedures and supporting their commitment to a fantastic company culture.

Your duties will include overseeing office supplies, scheduling meetings, and liaising with service providers to ensure a smooth and efficient working environment. You'll coordinate social and wellbeing events, assist with awards entries, and champion their company values and culture. Additionally, you'll manage internal systems, support business continuity processes, and help review outsourced systems to ensure cost-effective and efficient operations.

In the realm of Human Resources, you'll assist in recruitment, process candidate references, and support new hires. You'll help maintain HR policies, implement staff benefits, and ensure their practices align with their values and best practices. In IT, you'll coordinate equipment purchases, manage employee access requests, and support their security strategy and standards.

Compliance is another key area where you'll contribute, maintaining certifications like ISO 27001 and BCorp, championing internal policies, and ensuring adherence to GDPR and Data Protection procedures. You'll support health and safety policies, risk assessments, and training requirements.

Success in this role requires a champion of performance culture, professionalism, effective communication, and a structured approach to workload management. You'll work closely with the Head of Operations and IT & Compliance Manager to resolve operational issues and drive continuous business improvement.

Join my client on their mission to make a real difference. If you're organised, proactive, and passionate about maintaining a positive company culture, I want to hear from you. Embrace this opportunity to grow and excel in a dynamic and supportive environment.
