Office Manager
We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a rapidly growing and exciting organisation based near Abingdon.
This exciting opportunity is very varied, the role would suit a Candidate experienced with Administration, and who has strong organisational skills with a friendly and positive personality.

The Role
·Ensure the office area is well maintained and equipped
·Answer and Direct phone calls/liaise with clients
·Organising staff events and business travel
·Responsibility for invoice payments
·Prepare bookkeeping for clients
·PA support to management

The Ideal Candidate
•You will have extensive previous administration experience
•Excellent verbal and written communication
•A strong team player but also an ability to work alone
•Great attention to detail
•Proficient IT Skills- such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook
•Full, clean driving licence

The Benefits
The successful candidate will be entitled to a salary of £20-26k as well as further benefits such as a holiday package, pension scheme and quarterly company events. You will also be joining a welcoming and friendly team.
