In this customer service-based role, you will be at the forefront of operations, handling a high volume of customer emails and managing customer returns. As an integral part of a small, friendly team, you will also contribute to general office admin duties, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

  • Contracted hours: 39.5 hours per week
  • Hourly rate: £10.42 per hour
  • Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 07:30 - 16:30, Sunday 07:30 - 13:00
  • Enjoy a weekday off (likely to be Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday) along with Saturdays.
