We're looking for an Office Assistant who is looking for their first step into the workplace with a friendly local business in Great Yarmouth, Norfolk.

This is a temp to perm opportunity and you'll be joining an online retailer at a time of fast growth, giving you the perfect platform to learn how the online retail/eCommerce industry works and get a headstart in a high demand sector.

This role is split between general administration and customer services, and will offer full training to ensure you can be at your best whilst in the office. A typical day will include:

- Responding to customer service queries online via email/chat and over the phone
- Learning how to operate and update the internal database with customer info, sales and inventory management
- Processing orders and returns through the website
- Office administration including document control, data entry and secretarial duties

Hours for the role are 07:30-16:30 during the week, and 07:30-13:00 on Saturdays. You get Wednesday off alongside Sat PM and Sun making this role full time split across 4.5 days

£9.50 per hour increasing to £10.00 per hour after 12 weeks 

No experience is required for the role, as full training is provided.
