Our client based in Wragby is looking for an efficient administrator with sound office skills.

Working within a small office environment you will be an integral part of the team. The successful candidate, will have a positive "can do attitude" and willing to follow office guidelines and procedures.

This is a varied role and will suit someone who enjoys mucking in on occasion within the warehouse to get goods out the door when the demands of the business require it.

You will be working in a small, friendly and welcoming team.

Duties will include, but not limited to:

Assisting in all aspects of office administration across the business.
Answering and directing telephone calls
Taking messages
Assisting with Invoicing using Sage
General office duties

Personal attributes:

Microsoft office, including Excel
Highly organised
Ability to use initiative
Take instruction and willing to learn
Positive attitude
Flexible

Hours am to 8.30 am to 5.00 pm
