In this role, you will be the linchpin of our maintenance department, responsible for a wide range of tasks from internal and external property repairs to the expert installation of fire door sets. Your day-to-day duties will require proficiency in carpentry, adherence to health and safety legislation, and the ability to carry out method and risk assessments. A knack for managing your workload efficiently and the capability to travel between various sites efficiently are crucial. Ideally, you'll bring a City & Guilds or NVQ in Plumbing, Heating, Electrical, or Carpentry, and your experience in a similar sector will be invaluable. Training in specific areas will be provided as necessary, ensuring you're always on top of your game.
