Our client, a leading provider in the industry, is seeking a talented individual to join their team as a Service Technician. In this role, you will utilize the service vehicle to expand their presence in the assigned territory, establish and maintain customer relationships, manage customer tool repair and calibration needs, and serve as a technical consultant to address various application challenges.

As a Service Technician, your responsibilities will include travelling throughout your territory to visit regular and potential customers. You will proactively engage with prospective customers to grow new business while addressing repair and calibration needs and providing technical consultation. Combining your technical experience with company training, you will address customer needs and issues, including troubleshooting and maintenance of mechanical, hydraulic, and manual tools, pumps, and equipment.
To excel in this role, you will adhere to the company's processes, procedures, safety standards, and schedules. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will provide updates on schedules, completed tasks, market information, and weekly accomplishments. Working collaboratively with the Branch Manager, service team members, engineers, and customers, you will meet the growing day-to-day repair requirements.

 You should be self-motivated, driven to succeed, and possess a proven track record in customer satisfaction. Excellent technical, communication, organisational, and presentation skills are essential. A clean and valid driver's license is required, along with a safe, preferably covered space at or near your home to keep the service vehicle overnight.

In addition, basic computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel are necessary for this role.
