Shifts & Pay Rates (DOE):
  • Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm | £14.50 per hour
  • Late Shift: Monday to Friday, 4:00pm – 12:30am | £18.85 per hour
We are working with a well-established manufacturing company in Mildenhall that is expanding its team due to increased production.

They are seeking  MIG Welders to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis. Immediate starts are available in the New Year.
 
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Carrying out MIG welding on a range of metal components to a high standard
  • Working from engineering drawings and specifications
  • Preparing materials and completing basic fabrication tasks
  • Conducting quality checks to ensure work meets required standards
  • Maintaining a safe, clean, and organised working environment
What We’re Looking For
  • Previous MIG welding experience
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings
  • A reliable and positive attitude with strong attention to detail
