Are you looking for a chance to really put your marketing skills to the test? How would you like to step-up and take complete ownership of the marketing function for an incredibly exciting land development project that’s looking to create a new lifetime community?

How does £350 a day outside of IR35 sound?

Our client is a highly successful land development company with a significant track record in delivering projects that maximise the value of their sites. They’re now undertaking a hugely ambitious mixed-use project, with a focus on wellbeing and outdoor living, that’s designed to create a flourishing community of couples and families.

This role would ideally suit someone with a good amount of experience in marketing from the new-builds property sector, especially with experience in mixed-use developments, that has strong creative and brand image skills.

Here’s what you’ll be up to:
  • Planning and creating all marketing activities that engage with the right audiences
  • Developing and implementing creative campaigns that cover both online and offline
  • Planning and managing all PR activities
  • Creating and delivering visuals and collateral for both print and online
The role is offered on a freelance, part time basis, working 3/4 days per week, for an initial 12 month contract that could last up to 3 years. You’d be working flexibly, with regular visits to the site in the Luton area, and the occasional visit to the head office in London.

So if you’re interested in this incredible opportunity, and want to really make your mark in this development project that will make a positive impact on so many lives, then we want to hear from you!
