With huge growth plans over the coming years, you will take responsibility to spearhead all of their marketing activity and plan, which is in the main digital marketing and will including email marketing, social media marketing, and SEO, together with management of the agency relationships (which includes design and website management)
Reporting into the MD, you will provide vital marketing support across the business and their invaluable teams, who are experts in sales, customer experience, tech support and account management.
With an innate ability to make things happen, you’ll understand how hands on it is to work as part of a successful and fast growing SME. You will be able to demonstrate that you have the passion and drive to grab hold of this opportunity, and will come with abundance of energy and ideas.
As a self starter, you will be able to support this business as it continues to make a huge global impact on the world.
This is a full time role, but with flexible and hybrid working to split your time across the busy Norwich office and from home.
As well as the right attitude, you will have a track record in digital marketing together with:
- Excellent copywriting skills;
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and an understanding of SEO
- Experience of strategy and campaign planning;
- Social Media expertise
- Driven and organised to juggle multiple projects and deadlines;
- Experience of Events is desirable;
- A strong team-player with a desire to help improve internal business processes and enable effective cross-departmental working;
