My highly successful client is seeking an efficient sales and marketing administrator to support their project teams with varied sales support and administrative tasks. Job Responsibilities:
- Handling client queries on the telephone and by email
- Updating the CRM
- Supporting the field sales team
- Preparing quotations, proposals for projects
- Liaising with the operational and engineering teams
- Market research- Creating leads and sales opportunities
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Highly numerate
- Ability to multi-task
- Good initiative
- Warm and welcoming telephone manner
- Experience with writing tenders an advantage but not essential
- Good people skills; able to deal efficiently & courteously with people at all levels
- Driven and motivated with a keen interest in sales
- Good general standard of education
- Flexible, adaptable with the thirst for learning
- Willing to undertake a range of duties
