An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to work within a customer support department of a local engineering company.

Duties:

• Responding to telephone queries and email correspondence
on prices, delivery and process.
• Processing orders, amendments and schedules
• Producing and issuing standard quotations.
• Stock allocation and chasing missing parts
• Issuing order confirmations.
• Filing
• Tracking customer shipments.
• Schedule delivery information.

Personal Attributes and Experience:

• Experience of working within a manufacturing setting would be advantageous.
• You will need to be a problem solver and provide solutions as they arise.
• Good communicator as you will be liaising with internal customers.

Skills required:

• Computer literate, ideally with good excel skills

Hours are Monday to Thursday 7.30 am to 4.00 pm and 12.30 pm on Friday.
