You will be able to work under pressure with high volume of numbers coming through the kitchen and cover all areas of the kitchen stoves, pass, salad bar sandwiches and pastry.
No night shifts unless on outside catering functions which you will have the opportunity to work especially through the summer months.
Job Role:
- Prepare all food items as directed
- Follow recipes and specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean working station whilst adhering to health & safety standards
- Assist with the cleaning and organisation of kitchen and equipment
- Restock items as needed throughout the shift
- Adhere to all food hygiene & safety standards
